Language Editing Request

How It Works

After you submit the Language Editing Request Form, your request will be reviewed by an independent, accredited language editing service provider.

If language editing is recommended, the corresponding author will receive the service fee, invoice, and payment instructions directly from the language editing service provider. Following confirmation of payment, the edited manuscript will be returned for the author’s review. After the author’s final approval, the manuscript will continue through the journal’s standard editorial and publication process.

• The service is provided by an independent, accredited language editing service provider.
• Payment is made directly to the language editing service provider.
• No fee is charged if language editing is not required or if no editing service is provided.
• The service is entirely independent of the journal’s editorial evaluation and peer-review processes.
• Using this service does not influence editorial decisions, peer review, manuscript acceptance, or publication.
• All manuscript files are handled confidentially throughout the language editing process.
